Industry leading skill & certification incentives

We recognize hard work and experience with additional financial incentives:

PTO: All Bechtel Construction Services (BCS) Craft Professionals can accrue up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off per year, starting January 1, 2025.
Tuition Reimbursement: Get up to $2,000 per year for approved construction-related courses and NCCER testing.
Experience Incentive: After 12 months of Bechtel experience, earn an additional $1.00/hour straight time and $1.50/hour overtime.
Project Completion Bonus: Receive a bonus payout at the end of the project based on your service duration.
Weld Bonus Pay: Pass a pre-employment weld test and receive a bonus of $210 to $350 upon hiring.
Skills Incentive: Foremen and General Foremen earn $1.00/hour above base wage for passing an NCCER certification, increasing to $2.00/hour with both written and performance assessments.
Rigger+ Certification: Earn extra pay ($0.50-$1.00 per hour) for obtaining Intermediate or Advanced NCCER Rigging Certifications.
